We constructed an extension either side of the existing sales building to create a much bigger retail space to accommodate a new shopfit carried out to Budgens’ specification while undertaking other forecourt upgrades. The site remained trading throughout, partially via the sales building, before moving to a bespoke temporary kiosk positioned on site.
