We undertook a rear extension to the existing sales building at MFG’s Mabon Service Station, so that the site could offer a Greggs retail food outlet with associated site parking.
The scope of the project included:
- Single storey extension to existing sales building 41 sqm
- Ground stabilisation and retainment
- Electrical upgrade works
- Internal shop fit-out including Greggs FTG offer
- Customer toilet upgrade to DDA compliance
- Redesign of tanker fill points and drainage
- Resurfacing works
- Traffic flow improvements to provide a single, one-way traffic route
- Additional external storage and waste storage areas
- New customer parking bays
- Amazon and Inpost locker installations
- External signage upgrade
- Valeting and decoration work
We were able to keep the site trading throughout and the project was handed over to the client within the approved time frame and budget.
