We are pleased to announce that we have been re-accredited Investors in People Gold Standard. The assessment was very positive in many areas, showing an increase in positive results for all indicators and illustrating that our belief in delivering high performance through people has continued to evolve and mature.

This was a genuine opportunity for the organisation to review and reflect on what we do and whilst we understand we still have some work to do, we know we are on the right track.

Investors in People is a national quality standard which defines good practices for improving an organisation’s performance through the management and development of its people. The standard is reviewed every three years to ensure that it remains relevant and accessible.
