Chris embarked on his journey with Premier Forecourts and Construction on January 19, 2004, when the company was known as CNC. Since then, he has witnessed and actively contributed to the company’s evolution and growth. His role within the company has evolved significantly over time, thanks to the numerous courses and professional development opportunities provided by Premier Forecourts and Construction. Starting from operating machinery to becoming proficient in areas like computer use, Chris’s commitment to learning has been exemplary.
Today, Chris is a Site Manager, overseeing projects with precision and expertise. His role extends beyond project management; he also plays crucial roles as a Mental Health First Aider, regular First Aider, and Fire Marshal, highlighting his commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of his team.

He cherishes the camaraderie shared with his colleagues, considering many of them as close as family. Moreover, Chris finds immense joy in the diverse experiences his job offers, from traveling across the country to meeting new people and exploring different places.
One of Chris’s more recent achievements, passing the Site Manager qualification (SMSTS), stands as a testament to his determination and perseverance. Despite initial doubts about his own academic abilities, Chris conquered the challenge, gaining confidence and positioning himself for greater success within the company.
Throughout his two-decade tenure, Chris’s fondest memories revolve around the people he’s met and the places he’s visited, experiences he treasures dearly. When asked if he would recommend his profession, Chris’s answer is a resounding: “100 percent, yes!”
Looking ahead, Chris sees the industry evolving, particularly with the increasing focus on EV chargers and the transformation of forecourts into multifunctional spaces offering a variety of amenities.

Premier Forecourts and Construction have been there for me during personal issues and through difficult times, as well as developing my professional career and pushing me to have confidence in what I can do.”
