We are delighted to announce the results of our latest Employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, with an impressive score of 57 – placing our company firmly in the “doing great” category for workplace satisfaction.
The Employee NPS survey asked our staff how likely they would be to recommend Premier Forecourts and Construction as a good place to work.
A strong 68% of employees took part, demonstrating high engagement and interest in shaping the company’s culture. Of those who responded:
- 68% gave a perfect score of 10.
- A further 21% scored very highly – 8 or 9.
- Overall, 89% of participants rated Premier Forecourts and Construction between 8 and 10, with an average score of 8.9.
In the survey’s anonymous comments, one employee described our company as an “excellent place to work, with a good friendly atmosphere through the office and on site.” Another praised the company’s approachability and values, stating it is a “friendly growing company with good values and very approachable leadership.” Another employee summed up the sentiment, saying: “I would highly recommend Premier as a place to work. Everyone is friendly, the support is absolutely fantastic, and I really enjoy being here. It makes it easier to come to work.”
