James started with Premier in 2016 as the Assistant Procurement Manager. James has progressed throughout his time with the company to where he is now as the Head of the Commercial Department. James comes from a background in Civil Engineering and previously worked as a setting-out engineer for a major construction firm. James has a Higher National Certificate in Building Studies.
