Steve is adaptable and experienced in all aspects of business management and direction at a senior level. With a style that lead’s a team whilst empowering and encouraging them to make their own decisions and be accountable for their own areas of business whilst ensuring the needs of the business are achieved and the team are supported.

Steve’s career has taken him from a trade based apprenticeship, through many hands on management roles, all the way to senior management and Directorships at both local and Main Board Levels.

This experience both on site and office based has given Steve a very level and grounded base that enables him to make measured experience based decisions that have an understanding of the impact that they will have at all levels of the business.

Steve is a great advocate of Systems, Process and Reporting and has developed and introduced his own bespoke systems, both paper and IT based.
